With sensitivity and compassion, I help individuals and couples bring resolution to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues. To facilitate this process, I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment, where one can develop insight to better understand and ultimately change behavioral and relational patterns that get in the way of happiness and fulfillment.
I have extensive training in a variety of psychotherapy approaches and techniques, including psychodynamic, relational, and humanistic therapies. While I tend to favor a psychodynamic approach, I work with each individual to integrate complimentary treatment methods to incorporate what is most helpful and feels most comfortable and effective for you.
